What we collect
Versio processes the dependency files (package.json, requirements.txt) and source files you upload to generate health reports. We do not require an account and do not collect personal information beyond what is necessary to provide the service.
How we use it
Uploaded files are analysed in memory and stored temporarily to generate and serve your report. Reports are retained for a limited time and may be deleted at any time. We do not use your data for training, profiling, or advertising.
Data storage
Reports are stored in memory on the server. Shared reports (via share link) are stored with an anonymous token. No personal identifiers are attached to stored data. We do not persist uploaded source files beyond the analysis session.
Third-party services
Versio queries the npm registry API and the OSV (Open Source Vulnerabilities) database to cross-reference your dependencies. These lookups are anonymous and do not include your files or personal data.
Cookies
We do not use cookies or tracking scripts. The Vercel Analytics integration collects anonymised page-view data without cookies where possible.
